About my information on the Alacra Store
1. The information about our company on alacrastore.com is incorrect. How do I get this information corrected?
The content on alacrastore.com is maintained by our content partners. Depending upon which page or report contains the incorrect information, please contact them as follows:

2. Why do you list my company or personal information on alacrastore.com?
The content on alacrastore.com is maintained by our content partners. Generally, the only information that is provided is company information that may have been submitted when a corporation was registered with a regulatory authority. If you feel that your information has been listed incorrectly, please contact the appropriate content partner, as follows:

About my order
3. When I purchase a report how do I receive it? Will it be emailed to me?
At the conclusion of your purchase, you will see a link allowing you to download the purchased document. We do not email purchased reports. If the document was not downloaded immediately after the credit card transaction, you can click on the "my purchases" link on any alacrastore.com page to access it. All purchases within the last 24 hours will be available for download here. If for any reason you need access to a document that was purchased more than 24 hours ago, please send an email to help@alacrastore.com. Please include your account number or the email address used for the initial purchase.
4. Why is my credit card not going through?
Credit Card authorization can fail for a variety of reasons. Here are some of the most common:
- Client entered a bad credit card number or CVV code
- Client entered wrong address information
- Client attempted to purchase over the credit limit
- The credit card company has refused authorization for other reasons. Please contact your credit card provider for details.
Until you see the Thank You page, your credit card has not been charged, and the shopping cart still contains the documents you are trying to purchase. Please try checking out again and correct any erroneous information.
5. Having just purchased a document, how would I get an invoice?
You can obtain an invoice by logging into the store and selecting 'my purchases'. The word 'invoice' is highlighted next to all order numbers, by selecting that link a new window will open and an invoice will be generated. You will be able to print these invoices for any historical purchases you have completed.
6. Why does the report that I purchased have different information than the sample which you provided?
Information from most of our content partners will vary from report to report and company to company. Reports on large, publicly listed companies tend to have more information than those on smaller, private companies, which are not required to report as much information. The sample reports are intended to be representative of a typical report from that provider, but each report will vary in its content.
7. Why does the report I purchased seem to be incomplete? How do I check to see if any information is missing?
Please send an email to help@alacrastore.com and indicate the order number of the transaction. We will check verify whether the report you received was complete.

8. I was searching for a product or company but landed on your site. Do you sell or support the product I was searching for?
The AlacraStore is an eCommerce site which sells premium business information (credit and market research, company profiles, etc). We do not sell hard goods. Often, Alacra Store pages may show up in your search results, as the information products we offer may mention the products you are interested in. As such, you may have landed on an AlacraStore page when searching for something else. In this case, you should explore the other links returned in your search results.
