OVERVIEW: The Free National Movement has a small, but workable, five-seat parliamentary majority. Tourism growth will be curtailed by weaker US demand in the remainder of 2008 and 2009. As a result, we expect annual GDP growth of 1-2% during the two-year outlook period. Inflation will ease in early 2009.
