| The Group's principal activities are the provision of complex services and multimodal logistics solutions to the port in Hamburg. The Group focuses on vertical integration of its business activities, from the container terminals management to hinterland transport systems and logistics services combined to create connection between the international port and the end customer. It is structured into four divisions, each operated by its wholly owned subsidiaries: container, run by HHLA Container Terminal GmbH; intermodal, represented by HHLA INTERMODAL GmbH; logistics, with eight subsidiaries located in Germany and Ukraine, and real estate, operated by six subsidiaries. The Group's headquarter is situated in Hamburg. |
