| The Group's principal activity is to provide tax services, investment, mortgage and accounting and business consulting services and products. The Group operates in three segments. Tax Services segment provides income tax return preparation services and other services related to tax return preparation. Business Services segment offers middle-market companies accounting, tax and consulting services, wealth management and capital markets services. Consumer Financial Services segment provides brokerage services, along with investment planning and related financial advice and traditional banking services, including checking and savings accounts, home equity lines of credit, individual retirement accounts, certificates of deposit and prepaid debit card accounts. It also purchases loans from OOMC, HRBMC and other lenders to hold for investment purposes. The Group operates in the United States, Canada and Australia. |
