The main activities of its subsidiaries are the banking and leasing services and also insurance services, car rental and leasing, IT and Internet services. The Group has a number of subsidiaries in Poland and also in Russia, Great Britain and Luxembourg. In 2004 the Group acquired Getin Bank SA (formerly Gornoslaski Bank Gospodarczy) which has got a significant impact on the Group's financials. |
