| The Group's principal activities are to offer logistics and logistics-related services to industries, hospitals and airports. The Group's activities are carried out through three divisions: Consumer Goods Packaging, Industrial Goods Packaging and Warehousing Logistics. The activities of the Consumer Goods Packaging division includes design and production of packaging, warehouse planning and management, distribution logistics, transport coordination, document management and value-added services. The Industrial Goods Packaging division comprises special logistics activities for manufacturers of capital and investment goods. The Warehousing Logistics division comprises logistics services such as warehouse planning and management, assembling, spare parts logistics just-in-time logistics and value-added services. The Group operates in Germany, Rest of Europe and USA. |
