| The Group's principal activity is to undertake marine terminal operations. It operates under three segments: Ports, Ferries and Properties. Under the Ports segment, the Group operates and manages ports. It provides container terminal facilities for cargo and has a maritime services company. Under the Ferries segment, the Group conducts its ferries business. Under the Properties segment, the Group is engaged in property investment, development and asset management. The Group acquired P&O in 2006. The Group is operating 42 terminals across 22 countires. |
