| The Group's principal activities are printing and providing visual communications from design to fulfillment. Its portfolio of services and products includes envelops, forms and labels, packaging, business documents and commercial printing provided through a network of 70 production, fulfillment and distribution facilities throughout North America. The Group operates in two segments: Envelops, forms and labels and Commercial printing. Envelops, forms and labels segment produces business forms and labels, custom and stock envelops, and mailers generally sold to third party dealers such as print distributors, office products suppliers and office product retail chains. It operates 46 manufacturing facilities. Commercial printing segment operates 20 manufacturing facilities and prints annual reports, car brochures, brand marketing collateral, speciality packaging and general commercial printing. On 12-Feb-2007, the Group acquired Printegra. |
