| The Group's principal activity is to provide information systems, high technology services, and professional services. It operates in two segments: Domestic Operations and International Operations. Domestic operations segment provides information technology and communications solutions, along with other professional services, to its customers. International Operations segment offer services to both commercial and non-U.S. government customers primarily through the Group's systems integration line of business. The Group's areas of expertise include: systems integration, managed network services, knowledge management and engineering services. It provides services in support of United States national defense, intelligence and civilian agencies, agencies of foreign governments, state and local governments, and commercial enterprises. On 01-Feb-2008, the Group acquired Invocom Limited and Softsmart Limited on 01-Jun-2008. |
